Scan with a camera or image

Start the camera and place one code inside the frame, or choose an image from your device. Drag and drop and pasted screenshots are supported. PNG, JPEG and WebP work in modern browsers; other formats depend on your browser.

This release decodes one code per image. Crop around your code with its light border if the image contains several.

Read first. Open deliberately.

The result identifies common URLs, WiFi, contacts, email, SMS, phone, coordinates, Bitcoin and calendar payloads. Review the raw content and structured fields before saving, sharing or opening.

Camera access needs HTTPS and your permission. Image decoding remains available if the camera is unavailable. No images or payloads are uploaded.

Install Valid QR Scan

In your browser menu, choose “Install app” or “Add to Home Screen”. On iPhone or iPad, open Share, then Add to Home Screen. In Safari on Mac, use File, then Add to Dock.

Visit once online and wait for “Offline tools ready”. Scanning and generation can then work without a connection. Opening a web destination still needs internet.
